Sunday appointments are available but are subject to a surcharge.
Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment.
Please be aware if you arrive late we may need to shorten your appointment
to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy

No Show and Booking Policy:
We ask that you:

* Provide 24 hour notice for cancellations and changes to appointments.
* Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out consultation form, relax and enjoy refreshments. 
Since your appointment time is reserved just for you, we need you to tell us if you’re
going to be late or unable to show up.
* If you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, you will be charged
for 50% of the service appointment you booked.
* If you don’t show up or call at all to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full service price of your booked appointment.
Emergencies and illnesses do come up and we understand it may affect your
